Faith Formation

“We are a Faith Family; Let us Practice Together"

Our goal is to help our children and their families to learn about their faith, to live their faith and above all to LOVE their faith.

Happy RETIREMENT! - I am deeply saddened but very HAPPY to announce that the Faith Formation Administrative Assistant Mrs. Lori Hoffman will be retiring at the end of this school year June 2018. She joined us in 2006 and has been with us for 12 years! Lori has been my rock and right hand. Everyone thinks I am so organized but it has been Lori doing everything behind the scenes. She is an Angel that God allowed me to work with, to share my joys and sorrows with and has given me so much happiness that there are no words to express how much I will miss her. I love her deeply and only wish her the best as she begins her retirement. May God Bless Lori and her family, she truly is a blessing!

Happy WELCOMING! - I am so happy to announce that the Faith Formation has a NEW Administrative Assistant and I would like everyone to welcome Ms. Jessica Damain. She is currently working and training with Lori and is doing an outstanding job. She will be joining me on Sundays to get to know the students and their families. Jessica is a member of the Parish Parent Organization and has a son who attends our Faith Formation Program; Jessica is also a parishioner and a Ladies Sodality member. She brings fresh new ideas and her smile is contagious! So please stop by the office on Sundays and say "Hello" to our newest staff member. May God Bless Jessica and her family.

We are hoping that our ENTIRE parish community will join them on this day to show their unity and support of our young people!. Please keep them and their families in your prayers. They are Eric, Anna, Chloe, Walker, Ryan, Joseph, Natalie & Audrey.
  • Finally our 3rd Graders will be celebrating the Sacrament of 1st Communion on Sunday May 6th at the 11am Mass. Attention all Grades Kindergarten thru 10th - Its Penny Drive Time!!!

  • Annual Penny Drive: Starting Sunday February 11, 2018 (grades K-6) and February 14, 2018 (grades 9-10) we will begin our Annual Penny Drive which will continue thru March 18, 2018. This event lets Father Damain help those in need right here in our parish. Every PENNY COUNTS! This is a great team building event for each grade. The students learn to work together to bring in the most money for their class and at the same time they are taught how they are helping those less fortunate then themselves. They also learn that even a penny is worth something! So save your pennies and remember the nickels, dimes and quarters!!

  • WE REALLY NEED ALTAR SERVERS: Our Parish needs our youth to consider becoming Altar Servers to help serve at the LORD'S TABLE! Any one who  has made their 1st Communion or is in 3rd Grade is eligible to become a server. Deacon John Hendricks will now oversee the Altar Servers and with the help of Mrs. Koreen Scalfaro; handle the scheduling.  We are taking a different approach and offering everyone a preference to the Mass they would like to be scheduled for. So wont you consider participating at the Lord's Table!!! We still need help for the 4pm Masses.  Please consider joining!! If you are interested you can contact the Faith Formation Office at 683-2746 ext 208. Thank you and God Bless
